Angelman SyndromeAngelman Syndrome, Colin Farrell appeared on The Late Show With David Letterman last night to promote his upcoming film, Fright Night, but also took some time to give a shout out to CureAngelman.org and revealed that one of his sons has been diagnosed with the syndrome Angelman.

Colin has two sons James, 7, and Henry, almost two, and his family briefly with David Letterman.

“James, just a quick shout if I can, James has a condition called Angelman Syndrome and only affects one in 30,000 children, according to them,” said Colin in the Late Show. “So there is not much more than funding, that does not benefit the pharmaceutical companies, of course.”

The actor asked anyone to help by visiting CureAngelman.org to help donate and then discussed a little about your child and how he was diagnosed.

“Actually, that’s when the doctor saw how happy he was,” said Colin. “It was like, ‘Do you always smile so much?” ”

James began to walk shortly before his birthday 4 and has no verbal speech, but Colin made sure that your child is “a very happy boy.”
