Minnesota TwinsMinnesota Twins:It’s a little hard to imagine that only a few seasons ago, the twins were a candidate for contraction. Now, in 2010 opened a new ballpark. Of course, abandoning the confines of the dome of Homer is one of the big questions facing this team, they feel like they’re in limbo until they can get the autograph of catcher Joe Mauer on a contract extension Phat. Mauer have for this year and might have to make a serious run at a title to keep. Other random thoughts abut the Twins to include the size of its payroll, small market budget of my foot.

I can not believe they will play ball out of Minnesota in early April or late fall. I lie in Detroit, Michigan, and have been in my share of snow interrupted opening day here, I can not imagine not playing baseball, at first, further north. The Twins also have one of its main advantages, they knew how to play in the dome and hit very well there. I can not imagine the balls flying out of the new park in the cold air as they did in the dome.

While we wait for Mauer to re-up with this team, fans are more anxious Twins pitcher Francisco Liriano. Will you be back? Do they look like the pitcher he was in 2006? He put on a clinic in winter ball, but he was terrible last year and the twins may be required to be considered legitimate arm of the World Series.

The latest concern for fans is whether or not twins their bull pen is an elite unit? Closer Joe Nathan fought in late 2009, and its coming off-season surgery to remove bone chips from his elbow. Two other pitchers in the Twins’ bullpen also recovering from offseason surgery. However, they do have late-season edition Jon Rauch for the entire 2010 campaign.
