Right out of a spy novel by Ian Flemming, a plastic surgeon, escorted by muscle as a bully, is beaten off during the night to a secret underground bunker in the desert of North Africa. Out of the shadows of a darkened room, walks to a third world dictator known. Dressed in a white sports jacket Sonny Crocket, gruff voice demands immediate medical tyrant performs facial surgery.
