Sugarland AccidentSugarland Accident, A tragic accident at the Indiana State Fair on Saturday night killed at least four killed when strong winds caused the collapse stage. Headliners country music duo Sugarland was about to go on stage when it collapsed. The group members were not injured.

More than 40 people were taken to local hospitals, according to reports. Musicians, especially those in the country music community, spoke out on Twitter, expressing sadness and shock of the events on Saturday night.

Sugarland wrote in his Twitter account: “We’re fine. We are praying for our fans and the people of Indianapolis. We hope you will join us. They need your strength.”

Music duo Steel Magnolia fellow wrote: “So sad to hear have the loss of lives and injured in the Sugarland concert in Indianapolis. Our prayers are with their families.”

Martina McBride wrote: “So sad to hear about the State Fair in Indianapolis Sugarland our prayers are with his fans and all the staff working there.”

Keith Urban wrote: “I just saw the images of the Indiana State Fair tonight on youtube and I am absolutely in shock We send our prayers and thoughts each and every one of you who were there and their families and loved ones, well. God bless you all. ”

Singer Kelly Clarkson wrote: “I just saw a video of the stage of collapse at the fair in Sugarland, Indiana. Oh, my God is perhaps one of the hardest things I’ve ever seen.”

James Maslow Rush Big Time wrote: “My heart and prayers are with everyone on the show tonight Sugarland Indiana State Fair. God bless those who have left or are injured.”

Big Time Rush fellow member Logan Henderson wrote: “Everyone says a prayer for the people who attended the Indiana State Fair … My love is with you all!”

Country musician Blake Shelton tweeted, “My prayers to the people in the Sugarland concert in Indianapolis…. Absolutely shocking and difficult to understand … Beyond belief…”

Singer Sara Bareilles, who performed in the previous stage, wrote: “I’m speechless and I feel so helpless. Please send love and prayers to Indianapolis tonight. My heart aches for the lives lost.”

Country singer Dierks Bentley tweeted “man … my heart goes out to all country fans in the Indiana State Fair. Praying for you all.”

Easton Corbin singer wrote: “My thoughts and prayers are with all who were injured and killed in the Indiana State Fair tonight.” Chris Young wrote. “Pray for them all the world”
