Strong, Country strong new movie, starring Gwyneth Paltrow, Tim McGraw, Garrett Hedlund, and Leighton Meester. This film focuses on a famous country singer, Kelly Canter, and his repeated problems with alcohol and drugs. In the movie, Kelly Canter (Paltrow), fight against alcohol and drug abuse and serious that the public can see firsthand what it’s like to endure such pain.
However, with these struggles is redemption. High country is a testimony of courage, strength and willingness to do what is necessary to get life back. Undoubtedly, this film has fair share special moments and leaves you a bit crowded at times.

Some other nice aspects of the film were the performances of Garrett Hedlund and Leighton Meester. Garrett Hedlund plays a musician country back and forth, “Beau Hutton, who has a little rebel country, James Dean to feel his attitude. It includes semi-bad boy role close to perfection. Let us not forget the charming and beautiful Leighton Meester. She plays another country singer back and forth the name Chiles Stanton. It is with incredible ease throughout this film and could easily be considered a country singer, so we did not know so much about her already!
Last but not least, we come to the character of James Canter, played by the incomparable Tim McGraw. I was so impressed with Tim as the villain in this story. He had a subtle arrogance and swagger about him and he deserves credit for a job well done.

If you’re a country music fan who appreciates good music, good quality, and a really good story, then you cannot go wrong with this film. I hope that the committees that give prices this season agree with me! I give this movie a 9 / 10 for fun and pure entertainment value.
