Steam For Mac

Steam For Mac:Tomorrow is the big day: Valve’s Steam platform is officially comes to Mac, and carried two of my favorite games with him. Portal is the first of them – I hope that if you’re a player who has already played, but it was my absolute favorite game of 2007 and one of the best games I’ve played in the last five years. Runic Games Torch ‘is also terrible for the ride. It’s a Diablo-style hack and slash game (created by a few ex-Blizzard guys) that is another must-play. The best part is that both are “vapor” Play titles, which means that if you already own on Steam for Windows, you own on Steam for Mac too.
Engadget recently posted a good roundup of steam for the impressions of Mac, but the bottom line is that is exactly the same as the PC version, so if you’ve used in Windows, you’ll know what you’re in for. And on the eve of the occasion, Wired has a writeup funny how these games will be different for the Apple platform. For example, Portal GLaDOS voiceover actually replaced with Steve Jobs, and the premier weapons in the game not only create entrances and exits. At first, Steve will tell you that the departures are not really necessary, but then then I will put a patch on the way software in three to six months. Funny.
