Spontaneous Combustion Kills Man?

Spontaneous Combustion Kills Man?, Police investigators in Galway, Ireland, have determined that a local man died of spontaneous human combustion, a phenomenon without verifying that a person burns without an external force.
Michael Faherty, 76, was found in his house, lying on his back, completely burned in December 2010, independent reports. Only the ground beneath him and the roof above it were damaged.
Faherty head was near a fireplace, which was being used at the time of his death, but investigators said they did not contribute to his death. No accelerants were found at the scene.
Kieran McLoughlin coroner came to a conclusion truly bizarre and seemingly impossible.
“This fire has been investigated thoroughly and I am left with the conclusion that this fits into the category of spontaneous human combustion, so there is no adequate explanation,” McLoughlin said The Independent.
