Sony & New Breach, Apple shares rose 0.2% in pre-market operations on Tuesday.
Sony (SNE) shares fell 0.9% and 28.54 in pre-market operations on Tuesday after the company reported another incident of hacking, this time related to its network of Sony Online Entertainment. A hacker could gain access to personal information of 24,600,000 users, including their names, birth dates and addresses.
Last month, Sony closed its PlayStation Network, after hackers stole personal information and, potentially, credit card numbers of 77 million accounts in the service.
AT & T (T) is launching a clone Groupon next month, a company spokesman told Bloomberg News. The site, which was first launched in Los Angeles, Atlanta and Dallas, will give users who register a credit and 10.
The AT & T shares fell 0.1% in pre-market operations on Tuesday.
Research In Motion (RIM) is updating its BlackBerry Bold smartphone to include a touch screen and keyboard, company executives said Monday at its annual user conference, the BlackBerry World. The company also added video chat software for your tablet device playbook.
RIM shares fell 1.3% in pre-market and Tuesday to 47.50.
Twitter microblogging service Twitter is buying related to the implementation Tweetie for as many as 50 million, according to TechCrunch. TweetDeck had previously been in takeover talks with via web.
