In the state of Ohio, and County Commissioners offices use the following three levels of snow emergency, which is level 1 snow alert, and Level 2 Snow Advisory Level 3 Snow Emergency.

Level 3 is used to represent a serious condition in people who are not allowed to leave but it is very important. All roads tend to be a travel document, and it seems impossible. Emergency teams have urged people to go home and stay there with their families.

West Virginia, which does not contain the snow emergency level system in a state of emergency. Although there are no restrictions on travel on the roads, but not emergency teams on ways to deal with any serious condition.
