Sjr, Global Maritime is pleased to announce the return of Trevor Adams meteorologist at his news team of the week. From this knowledge Monday, December 13, Adams will use his vast skills weather and climate patterns of the rich maritime world to provide viewers with the most accurate and updated weather information in the region. Adams can be seen on weeknights Global Maritimes Evening News at 6:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. at the final news News.

A Moncton native, Adams began his career as a global maritime weather weather weekend in August 2000. After a brief stint at the CBC affiliate in Toronto, Adams returned to Global Maritimes where he presented the weather part-time until 2007. Adams has a passion for learning, and holds several degrees including a BA in journalism from the University of King’s College, a Master of Science Mississippi State University and is currently working on his doctorate in education. Adams is a member of the Canadian Meteorological and Oceanographic Society (CMOS) and earned the American Meteorological Society (AMS) Seal of Approval.
In addition to being a full-time meteorologist, Adams also teaches part-time by the Department of Geography, Saint Mary’s University Continuing Education. He speaks fluent French and American Sign Language.
