Sherlock Holmes 3Sherlock Holmes 3, Despite “Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows” is still two months of his arrival in U.S. theaters, Warner Bros. Pictures is already planning a third installment of Robert Downey Jr.-starring franchise detective movies. The words are, the studio has hired a screenwriter to write the script of “Sherlock Holmes 3.”

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Warner Bros. has taken advantage of Drew Pearce to serve as the scribe for the upcoming “Sherlock Holmes” movie. Pearce is writing the script for “Iron Man 3,” which also stars Robert Downey Jr. also addressed the screenplay for Paramount Pictures DC Comics adapted superhero movie, “The Mighty”.

No new talent has joined the star of “Sherlock Holmes 3″, but it is almost certain that Downey Jr. and Jude Law will play Holmes and Dr. Watson, respectively. In “Sherlock Holmes 2″, which hits U.S. theaters December 16, both stars, the actors face Jared Harris, Noomi Rapace and Stephen Fry.

Directed by Guy Ritchie, the story of “A Game of Shadows” focuses on Holmes, who continues his pursuit of Professor Moriarty, who suspected of being the world number one supervillain. In attempting to resolve the case, with the support of his long-trusted partner Dr. Watson, and receives help from his older brother, Mycroft Holmes and the gypsy woman named Sim.
