Shaquille O'neal WifeShaquille O’neal Wife, A Los Angeles judge has imposed the strange kidnapping case that centered on a sex tape does not exist basketball star Shaquille O’Neal.

The judge formally dismissed the charges this morning against seven known gang members accused of kidnapping and pistol whip a music producer in early 2008, O’Neal allegedly threatened with the release of compromising material.

“We had no confidence in the victim, Robert Ross to proceed,” said District Attorney Jane Robison, spokeswoman for the Daily News.

A police source said a red flag was allegedly sent an email to Ross O’Neal Shaunie O’Neal ex-wife in the event that warned it was time to “pay”.

Ross was extorting the source declined to elaborate on the possibility Shaunie O’Neal.

Unusual move for the prosecution, first reported by the Los Angeles Times, was a surprise met with applause and shouts of the court hearing Tuesday.

The seven defendants, described as known the main street of the Crips, were charged earlier this year after Ross told authorities he was abducted February 11, 2008, as retribution for the threat sex tape of O’Neal.

Ross soon took the stand and said the seven gang members armed with guns encased it in a store on the Sunset Strip, commanded his Rolls Royce Phantom, took him to a house in South Central, pistol whipped, robbed and demanded the alleged tape.

He said the tape never existed; however, explain the stand he had made up his life after a trade dispute with the NBA superstar.

Police interviewed O’Neal, but found no evidence that he ordered any shakedown, the sources said.

O’Neal was not mentioned in the criminal complaint.

Ross was not in court this morning, but has also filed a civil lawsuit against O’Neal and his partner Mark Stevens, based on the two were behind the attack.
