Shane Mosley Manny Pacquiao

Shane Mosley Manny PacquiaoShane Mosley Manny Pacquiao, TMZ reported on some of the details of divorce Shane Mosley of his former wife, Jin, and thus are at least somewhat interesting, if you’re the voyeuristic type: The agreement states that his former wife, Jin “shall maintain custody and control of the three championship belts in each of the respective parts of three minor children.” Each child has a belt at 18.

Jin and receive half of the Sugar Shane cut of the profits from video tapes and DVDs of his greatest fights, including fights with Oscar De La Hoya, Miguel Cotto and Fernando Vargas.

Since the divorce was filed in California and the rules of community property apply, Jin receives half of Sugar Shane fight purses during their marriage. But luckily for sugar, the big fight against Manny Pacquiao took place after the couple separated, so that its 3 000 and is yours alone.

Mosley has been rumored to have had some money problems due to divorce and an agreement that previously gave Jin knew what seemed an absurd amount of money per month (not saying she is not entitled to anything, but it was much), so what you’re probably going to be able to take from this is that Shane Mosley is likely to struggle, even though he is a promotional free agent right now. He has his own promotional company, but very small potatoes compared to what has been used to work for CKP and Golden Boy, and most recently did it once with Top Rank. Top Rank chose not to pick up his option for Mosley after his performance on May 7 against Manny Pacquiao terrible.

To be honest, the belt is being reported around like a big deal, but is stopped by his children, so it does not seem so terrible thing for me. I just wonder if we’re talking about three WBC belt, without a doubt the best aspect of the most important bands, or if someone gets an ugly IBF belt.

Most fans have expressed their unwillingness to see Mosley again, but realists also know that if someone sees an opportunity to feed a growing name – for example, Canelo Alvarez with Golden Boy, Junior Chavez with Top Rank – we’ll probably see it again, with the promoters of lying about what it is today.
