Segway Owner Dies

Segway Owner Dies, Yesterday, Jimi Heselden, 62, owner of Segway company tragically died after riding his Segway robust off a cliff and into a river on his farm. The accident is one of those freak accidents that are difficult to understand.
That said, we can not use this as an opportunity to put our two cents in about Segways and safety involved in using them. We feel like Segways have received a bad reputation in recent years, but you know what – do not knock until you’ve tried. They are so fun! And they really are relatively safe “vehicles.” The next time you visit a new city, it is recommended to opt for a Segway tour instead of a traditional tour, you can be sure have a blast. We have been doing that for years. Personally, I did Segway tours in San Francisco (along with our good friend Judith Lipsett gear daily), Disney World, Washington DC, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Boston and even Israel. But as with anything on two wheels – there is always a hazard. The poor man could have as easily walked away from the cliff on his bike.
We desire your family during this time, no doubt, very annoying for them. We are also grateful to Heselden to ensure sure that the Segway company has continued to thrive. No matter what anyone says, we believe it is one of the best gadgets ever. So if you hear someone trash and safety Segways because of this incident, let’s shoot there and teach him a lesson! It just will not turn around quick or stone to get to you.
