Sbi Bonds, nominal bond issue coupon of 9.25% for 10 years, the largest bank of India, State Bank of India, has come out with a bond rated AAA with a coupon of 9.25% for 10 years 9.50% for 15 years. Although this problem can be of obvious interest to all those who equate equity investment in the game, my interest in this issue may surprise some of you know that actions have always been my first choice. Moreover, Warren Buffett has emerged saying that “it is clear the stocks are cheaper than bonds at this time.”
May be in the U.S.. But not in India, at this time.
The main motivation to look outside avenues actions stems from the value of the shares now. Stocks are not cheap. Businesses are having a good time and the future looks bright, but that’s an argument to cling to their actions and do not necessarily require a blind date with equities.
