Sandusky Hygiene

December 16, 2011 by staff

Sandusky Hygiene, Jerry Sandusky apparently doesn’t have a keen eye for lawyers. Karl Rominger, the newest addition to Sandusky’s defense, already has put his foot in his mouth. Rominger on Tuesday defended Sandusky’s habit of showering with young boys to ABC27 News of Harrisburg, PA.

“Some of these kids don’t have basic hygiene skills,” Rominger told the news station. “Teaching a person to shower at the age of 12 or 14 sounds strange to some people, but people who work with troubled youth will tell you there are a lot of juvenile delinquents and people who are dependent who have to be taught basic life skills, like how to put soap on their body.”

The comments come after another Sandusky attorney, Joe Amendola, continually has made it worse for his client.

We’re sure that Rominger’s assessment of troubled youth is correct in one sense; many times they do need help with learning basic skills that others take for granted.
