The award recognizes companies with the best workplaces in the greater San Antonio area. Winners were chosen on the basis of the results of online polls conducted by confidential Labour Dynamics, LLC, and completed by employees of companies. The survey measured qualities such as leadership, business, compensation and training, workplace flexibility and diversity.
