Russell CroweRussell Crowe, The Oscar-winning actor – whose weight has fluctuated in recent years – has started an exercise program in an attempt to drive him into shape.

Writing on her Twitter page, said: “The first trip in quite a while leg pain, pain in the ass, it will be worse tomorrow and the next day (sic).”

The father of two told a fan: “If I do not exercise the body attempts to return two of their greater weight 2 (sic).”

The star of ‘Gladiator’ is a training period of 105 days, which admits it is taking its toll.

He said his diet plan includes includes “approximately 2,400 incl take cal / cal 2600 all drinks (sic)” and tough workouts, which left a statement: “I’m toast (sic)”

In 2009, it became clear Russell, 47, was using art gym on the set of ‘Robin Hood’ to prevent weight gain.

A source said: “Russell is a professional knew it was to play Robin Hood, Friar Tuck He did not know you have to stay in shape…”
