Russell Armstrong Autopsy, “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” committed suicide by husband hanging Russell Armstrong, an autopsy confirmed Wednesday. Armstrong, Taylor’s ex-husband Armstrong, a star on the Bravo reality series, was found dead Monday.
The autopsy was conducted by the county coroner’s office in Los Angeles, which provide results TheWrap. Despite a full toxicology report will not be available for several weeks, the coroner’s office said there was preliminary evidence of drugs or alcohol in the Armstrong system.
Armstrong found in a house on Mulholland Los Angeles’ Drive on Monday night. No note was found in the house. He was 47.
An investor, Armstrong had left Taylor in July. He also had been under financial stress, he and his wife were named as defendants in one and 1.5 million lawsuit filed by MyMedicalRecords.com, who said he had misled investors through his own company, Digital Nuway Systems, Inc.
Armstrong admitted that the stress that “Real Housewives” had begun to affect him and his wife, telling People magazine, “This program has literally pushed us to the limit.”
A spokesman for Bravo said TheWrap Tuesday “no decisions have been made” about the future of the series following the suicide of Armstrong.
