Rosemary Port, business consultant took Google to court to force its subsidiary YouTube to reveal the identity of the person in what she said they were not authorized and slanderous video and comment. Charles Franklin, a former model and actress, filed a lawsuit on Monday saying he believed it, Google user or users, “challenged his sexual habits” in the comments on the website of the Columbia Business School.

Anonymous nature of Internet increasingly under fire, as more and more people and companies trying to make blogs and websites to disclose the names of persons making defamatory comments. Some of them may, with the most notable example is the Vogue cover model successful suit against the blogger Liskula Cohen currently identified, the port of rosemary.
