Rihanna Fire, Rihanna set the stage on fire in Dallas and we do not mean figuratively. Fans were evacuated from the Dallas concert Friday night (08 July) after a fire across the stage. According to a witness, a light on stage caused the fire at the American Airlines Center, where Rihanna was performing as part of her tour Alto.
The singer tweeted, “DALLAS! We have set the stage on Fyah tonight! LITERALLY I’m so angry, I wit yall havin so much fun too! I have to go man!”
Fire Department immediately dispatched firefighters to the scene after hearing numerous reports that the curtains of the stage and some set pieces of the singer were on fire. At the time the firefighters arrived on the scene, the fire was out.
KTVT-TV reported that riled-up to the concert he wanted her money back – Well, we. Not that the fault lay with Rihanna.
“DALLAS CRAY yall! I love this [expletive] place! I’m glad u guys are safe! I promise to be back!” Singer concluded, “Looking at a production meeting to find out exactly what happened! Keep or released.”
The fans also hit Twitter to do all sorts of puns about the concert, even “set the stage by Rihanna on fire! No, seriously. She did. We had to evacuate.” Oh, the jokes are endless at this time. It’s just a good thing there were no injuries.
Rihanna is affecting the U.S. Alto with her tour and eventually hit South America and Europe.
