Ricki Lake, Ricki Lake has been beaten with a hell of a lawsuit, alleging that he was responsible for burning a beach house in Malibu he had rented in 2010, and if lost, could be out of millions of dollars!
According to legal documents filed Monday in El Lay County Superior Court by the owner of the house, Hovsep Kousouyan, the lake is refilled with a portable heater for heating the highly flammable fuel, though some of them spilled coal heating, causing them to burst into flames.
The fire caused significant damage to property, and when emergency personnel arrived, Lake acknowledged her complete lack.
Kousouyan now says the house is completely destroyed, and wants to pay all damages, which, as mentioned, could accumulate in the millions.
Obviously, it was not intentional, but – if she signed a lease on this place, then we are sure that you are legally obligated to fork over some serious bills dollah dollah!
Time to get it, Gurl!
