Rick Mercer Rant It Gets Better, Canadian comedian Rick Mercer has taken a stand against bullying in one of his latest rants, and who is not interested in just telling children they have to wait to get better.

“It’s not good enough for us to tell the children that are different than going to improve,” says Mercer in the video clip. “We must do better now.”
From his tirade Tuesday night, Mercer video has been viral, spreading all over the internet and shared by people who do not even know who Rick Mercer is, but behind his message.
Video Mercer occurs after the death of Jamie Hubley, a teenager Ottawa area, who committed suicide after a battle with depression and vicious harassment from their peers. His death sparked several Conservative MPs to come out with their “It Gets Better” videos.
It Gets Better The project started in 2010 by columnist Dan Savage and has thousands of videos of celebrities and teens get each other to share the message that life will improve high school past.
While Mercer does not call directly to federal policy makers for inaction, his message of action against these cyber and real life, bullies seem to speak directly with those who have the power to change the way these incidents are treated.
This is not the first time Mercer has addressed the issue of bullying teen young Canadians saying they are going to improve in November 2007. Since first rant, however, social media has changed as much as the bullies get to their victims and how those who were against the thugs spread messages of hope.
