Rangers Marriage Proposal In-game Entertainment

Rangers Marriage Proposal In-game Entertainment, It’s a common occurance at sporting events — a man proposes to a woman on the big videoscreen. It always ends with the woman saying yes, they kiss, and the crowd goes wild.

But at a New York Rangers game on Valentine’s Day this Sunday, the woman said “no.” While still being filmed, she stormed out to a chorus of boos from the 18,198 people in attendance at Madison Square Garden.

Some people wondered if it was an elaborate hoax. Well, according to a report in the New York Daily News on Tuesday, it was indeed one big fraud. Sources say it was an inside joke cooked up by game-presentation staff and carried out by paid actors who are, in real life, engaged.
