Randy Moss Injury

September 27, 2009 by USA Post

Randy Moss Injury, The New England Patriots’ two best wide receivers are being bothered by injury as the team prepares for a very important game Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons. Randy Moss was a late addition to the injury report with a back ailment. He didn’t practice at all on Friday after participating fully in Wednesday’s and Thursday’s sessions. Wes Welker missed the Pats’ week two game with a knee injury and it looks as if his availability will be decided right before kickoff again this Sunday. He has been limited in practice all week.

Fantasy Analysis:
Again, this is the Patriots, so you never know what to believe. Welker being declared inactive last week at the last minute was very surprising. If he can’t play against the Falcons, look for Julian Edelman to fill in once again. He did a great Welker impression last week against the Jets with eight catches for 98 yards. Moss may have just

been given Friday off, but the fact that he is listed as questionable instead of probable means that this back injury is something to definitely watch.
