Ramon Joseph Bautista, Two siblings under 23 years of age, Ram Revilla (Ramgen Jose Bautista in real life) were charged yesterday for allegedly conspiring to kill the actor last October 28.

Bethlehem Baptist Ma Ramona, 20, and Ramon Jose Bautista, 18, were charged with murder along with five others accused of helping run the massacre in BF Homes Baptist home, To Akhaians?.

“The reason is personal,” said the head of the city’s police superintendent Billy Beltran without elaborating.

Revilla is the oldest of nine children of former Senator Ramon Revilla Sr. and Genelyn Magsaysay. The star 84-year-old former action was rushed to St. Luke’s Medical Center in Taguig City yesterday. Doctors said he suffered from cough, fever and hypertension, but it is “stable and doing well.” He will undergo several tests and can stay in the hospital for seven days.

Police identified the other five suspected assassins as Michael Jay Altea and Roy Francis “Kiko” Tolisoro (not Tolisora ??as previously reported), certain Vista Glaize, Norwin “Toto” de la Cruz, and a certain Bryan.


Ramona said she was kidnapped by her brother’s assailant, but police said it was part of “cloaking.” Chief Inspector Henry Sy, head of Task Force Ramgen and head of the research unit of the municipal police, said he learned “the kidnapping never happened.”

The charges were formally filed with the prosecutor’s office of the city after Joseph was captured in Bacoor, Cavite Monday night. His arrest came hours after Altea and Tolisoro were arrested near their homes in the Section, Barangay San Dionisio Monday morning. Joseph, who chose to remain silent on the allegations, is represented by attorney Richard Garrido.

The three are being held in the old order? Aque police headquarters in Barangay La Huerta, while a search is underway for the other four.
