Ramgen And Janelle

Ramgen And Janelle, JANELLE Manahan, the girlfriend of slain actor Ramgen Revilla, will take her deceased boyfriend’s family to court over the couple’s sex video spreading in the Internet, one of her lawyers said Tuesday.
Lawyer Luke Espiritu said they are preparing charges of violations of Republic Act 9995 or the Anti-V***urism Law against Revilla’s siblings and mother Genelyn Magsaysay, whom they suspect to be the ones who uploaded the scandalous video footages on social networking sites.
The Anti V***urism Law, co-authored by Revilla’s half-brother, Sen. Ramon Revilla Jr., prohibits the unlawful taking and uploading of a photograph or video of a person or group of persons performing sexual acts.
It imposes imprisonment of three to seven years, and a fine of up to P500,000 on violators.
Espiritu said Manahan was greatly troubled by the proliferation of the two-minute video, which showed her sharing intimate moments with her slain boyfriend inside what appeared to be a bathroom.
“We are at a loss why this video [was] deliberately put [on] the Internet. This is pure harassment, not only to blacken the memory of the dead but also to destroy Janelle’s resolve to testify in court against them,” Espirutu said.
He said only Revilla’s family had access to the victims belongings after his killing on October 28, including his computer, mobile phones, and other electronic gadgets.
And faced with various criminal charges, only they have the motive to discredit Manahan, who has since acted as primary witness in the murder case, he added.
