Proxy List By Country

Proxy List By Country, Internet censorship is control or suppression of the publication or access to information on the Internet. The legal issues are similar to offline censorship.

One difference is that national borders are more permeable online: residents of a country that prohibits certain information can be found on sites hosted outside the country. A government can try to prevent its citizens to see these even though she has no control over the sites themselves. Filtering can be based on a blacklist or dynamic. In the case of a black list, this list is not generally published. The list can be done manually or automatically.

Unless total control over the computers connected to the Internet, as North Korea, total censorship of information on the Internet is very difficult (or impossible) to achieve because the underlying technology of the Internet distributed. Nicknames and data havens (such as Free net) allow unconditional free speech, as the technology guarantees that material can not be removed and the author of all the information can not be linked to a physical identity or organization.

In some cases, censorship of the Internet can involve deception. In such cases the authority to censor can block content while leading the public to believe that censorship was not applied. This can be done by having the ISP to provide a fake “Not Found” error message at the request of a web page that is blocked but actually found (see 404 for details).

In November 2007, “Father of the Internet” Vint Cerf said he sees government-led control of Internet failing because of private property. Many Internet experts use the term “splinternet” to describe some of the effects of national firewall.

Proxy websites are often the quickest and easiest to access sites banned in censored countries. These sites work by being themselves not prohibited, but capable of displaying banned material within them. This is usually accomplished by entering a URL proxy site that will retrieve and display. They recommend that you use https, because it is encrypted and difficult to block.
Using VPN, a user who experiences the censorship of the Internet can create a secure connection to a more permissive, and surf the Internet as if they were in this country. Some services are offered for a monthly fee, others are funded by advertising.

There are several online websites which provides the utility to their users for open websites using their systems. If you want find that like proxy site then you can find it from search engines
