Princess Diana Wedding Dress, The designer of wedding dress worn by Princess Diana when she married the Prince of Wales predicted Kate would be copied by many years.

Elizabeth Emanuel said the simplicity of Sarah Burton created a series of plane figures of women and would be a popular choice among those wishing to emulate the elegance of Kate.

“I think what happens with that dress is very usable and the like would fit in very different ways, I’m sure it will be a very coveted and will have copies of it from tomorrow,” he said.

Speaking of Buckingham Palace, gave her approval to the design, praising its beauty and marvel of craftsmanship involved in the making of it.

“It was very simple, very classic,” he said. “I loved the details about it, the fit, especially because I’ve always admired lace.

“An enormous amount of work has gone into it.”

He also admired the lack of “noise” on the side, adding: “. I think it will set new trends”

The dress Diana wore when she walked down the aisle in 1981 broke with tradition, he said, while Kate had brought a traditional element of your wedding with your choice of clothing.

“It worked very well,” he said. “It was a very real and dressed, I thought, perfect, because it seemed to Kate. I know everyone loved Kate, looking beautiful and elegant.”
