Preakness Predictions

Preakness PredictionsPreakness Predictions:The Preakness is, without getting effusive, a wonderful day in Baltimore. The 2010 edition is presented on Saturday, still at Pimlico Race Course. The stakes of this year come with a cool slogan hip to the game inside the box: Get your Preak On! What horror. Despite induce vomiting slogan, website, and the song still in Preakness is something for everyone.

Not the beauty of horses and the race for horse racing fans, cruelty to the horses and the race for the faction of PETA / SPCA, and part of the table and alcohol for the clueless careers. Finally, another group of people who care about racing not for the love of sport, but for the game, or rather, calculated bets.
I’m going to go through my selections, but by no means should anyone take this to the window. This probably will outline the choices you’d be smart to ignore. They will be wrong.

Poll Positions 2010 Preakness Odds and early

1. Aikenite 20/1
2. Schoolyard Dreams 15/1
3. Pleasant Prince 20/1
4. Northern Giant 30/1
5. Yawanna Twist 30/1
6. Jackson Bend 12/1
7. Lookin at Lucky 3/1
8. Super Saver 5/2
9. Caracortado 10/1
10. Paddy O’Prado 9/2
11. First Dude 20/1
12. Dublin 10/1

In terms of positions and odds, Super Saver is a favorite before, lookin right in front of the lot, with Paddy O’Prado third lowest in terms of probabilities. I will not go into the history of race, closers, Starters fast track length, because I imagine that many people do not care about that and just wants to collectors. But I will do my best to pretend a little knowledge before my calculated gamble.
Let’s start with the horses that finish in the money. Aikenite eliminated, Dreams Schoolyard, Prince Pleasant, Gigante del Norte, and immediately First Dude. I’m also a bit down on Jackson curve in this long and the current quotas, which leaves me with six horses.

Favorites have done very well over the past 10 years. Excluding the year Barbaro, the favorite has won seven times, and twice finished second. This is a good omen for the Super Saver. Scarface I was disappointed not come on the table around 25 / 1, that would be my favorite by far. Instead go wrong with Twist Yawanna to 30 / 1, which is slightly corrosive, and has not finished worse than second. Might be good in a Superfecta, if that’s what you’re things.

I do not make bets until the afternoon of Saturday, so I can not go over my alien accurate, but Looking at Lucky and Super Saver must finish among the top four (Superfecta). The other two Yawanna Twist, Scarface, Paddy O’Prado and Dublin is difficult for me. If you are looking for large profits, I would go to Paddy at such low probabilities. My selections are as follows: For luck, Scarface, Super Saver, Paddy O’Prado with Yawanna Twist comes in fifth.
