The British newspaper The Guardian today reports that Rowling announced tomorrow will involve an online game. Pottermore, according to The Guardian, is a Potter-based hunt for treasure.
The newspaper apparently learned of the project after a “secret” memo was leaked to them accidentally – or purpose.
What the Guardian says: “The new project is reportedly an online game that gives clues that will lead users to the prizes hidden in the real world aspiring magicians from around the world can expect to find any number of wands hidden UK y. U.S., and possibly other countries. It is unclear whether the search of the treasure is Pottermore it or a marketing unit of another product, and details about the game remain unclear. ”
The last word on Pottermore Rowling will come Thursday morning at a press coference to be held in the Victoria and Albert Museum.
