Portland TrailblazersPortland Trailblazers, Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge will return to Portland next week for a series of skills camps for younger players. But you must be careful when crossing the street.

Aldridge wills one-day clinics August 23, 24 and 25 for middle school and high school boys and girls. The first is for players in grades 6-8 and will be held at Club Sport in Tualatin.

This facility is just across the Southwest Boys Road Blazers practice facility. Due to the blockade of the NBA, Aldridge is not allowed to walk down the street and into what is basically a home away from home.

Aldridge will also conduct a clinic for players in grades 9-12 on Wednesday, August 24, Lakeridge High School in Lake Oswego, and another for grades 6-12 next day at Fort Vancouver High School High Vancouver, Washington

Cost for each clinic and 75. According to organizers, “Participants will receive a jersey, autographs, snacks, prizes Portland Trail Blazers, and more.”

Blazers guard Brandon Roy and two former Blazers – Channing Frye Phoenix and the Lakers Blake, Steve – have been invited to participate, in a statement.
