PLDT-Digitel Merger, Progressive lawmakers are planning to file a lawsuit to stop the merger of Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co. (PLDT) and Digitel Telecommunications Philippines Inc. (Digitel), who apparently won the approval of the state regulator said Wednesday.
