Pitt Movie Slave Drama

The Tree of Life star, who is producing the film through his production company Plan B and has been developing for years, may be taking a role in the historical drama, Screen Daily reported.
The story was confirmed by a spokesman for Plan B, although no details were given.
The big screen adaptation of Solomon Northup, 1853 autobiography that marks the third collaboration between the filmmaker Steve McQueen and Michael, after his partners in hunger and shame.
A shame as it promotes the 55th BFI London Film Festival, Steve kept his cards close to chest on the next project, saying: “. Let’s see Let’s talk about that when it’s time for twelve years a slave.”
Co-written by Steve and John Ridley, Chiwetel is the favorite to play Solomon, an educated man, married and black in New York who was tricked into slavery for many years.
Finally won back his freedom when a white Canadian carpenter smuggling letters to the wife of Solomon, who helped launch a judicial process that ultimately set him free.
