Pitt Jolie Vietnam

Pitt Jolie Vietnam, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt continued their visit to Vietnam over the weekend, but this time left their six children back at the hotel and set off to do some exploring of their own. The Hollywood couple have been traveling around Asia in recent weeks, with Pitt on promotional duties for his new movie Moneyball.

The couple have rarely been spotted without their children on the trip, but according to the UK’s Daily Mail, they toured the Con Son “tiger cages” alone at the weekend. The cages were reportedly first built by the colonial French to imprison political prisoners – the area is now a popular tourist attract, but was also used to house communists during the Vietnam War. Jolie and Pitt first touched down in Vietnam last week, with their six children in tow. The trip marks their son Pax’s first visit to the country since the couple adopted him four years ago. Angelina has often spoken about her adopted children maintaining a connection with their own heritage and exploring other cultures. During an interview with the Financial Times in July 2011, Jolie said, “They are all learning about each other’s cultures as well as being proud of their own. They all have their flags over their beds and their individual pride. We owe Vietnam a visit, because Pax is due”.

The trip comes as Brad was quoted as saying he’s eager to quit acting within the next three years. He is currently working on numerous projects, but spoke of his desire to produce more in the future.
