Peyton Manning Five-year $96 Million Contract, Peyton Manning officially became a Denver Bronco today in a Rocky Mountain lovefest with team ownership that sealed the veteran quarterback’s five-year, $96million contract.

The press conference in Denver today showed off Executive Vice President for Football Operations John Elway’s seal of approval, as well as Manning’s new orange duds.

The due agreed that their goal for next season is too bring a Super Bowl title to the Mile-High City.

Manning will now put his arm and surgically repaired neck to the task.

On his neck injury battle, Manning said: ‘I’m not where I want to be. I want to be where I was before I was injured. There’s a lot of work to do to get where we want to be from a health standpoint.’

The four-time MVP was officially introduced today, taking the spot once held by Elway, who engineered the deal to bring the NFL’s most sought-after free agent to town.

Manning, who turns 36 on Saturday, said he made a quick connection with Elway, who won his two Super Bowls in Denver after his 37th birthday.  anning’s contract, though lucrative, has its caveats.
