Peta Cooking Mama Kills Animals

Peta Cooking Mama Kills Animals, That charming special-interest group People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals is at it again, lampooning another videogame to bring attention to its message. This time, the group turns its ire to Mario and his penchant for wearing suits that look like the fur of a certain type of raccoon.
Whether you agree or disagree, you have to admire how well-done the parodies are. Previous installments include “Cooking Mama Kills Animals” and “Super Tofu Boy.”
That said, I doubt there’s much of a causal link between Mario wearing a magical animal suit and young gamers being encouraged to buy clothes made of magical fur. Who says those things came off a real tanuki, anyway? They came out of a yellow brick and they can fly. Now, if some kid were to decide to skin a raccoon and jump off the roof of his house with it, I may reconsider my skepticism in this case.
Wired.com has requested comment from Nintendo and will update this story should the game publisher decide to weigh in. In related news, Super Mario 3D Land is awesome.
