Pearl Harbor Day

Pearl Harbor Day, The annual observance of Pearl Harbor Day will be held this year at home station The new American Legion Post No. 2, 1650 English Ave. on Tuesday, December 7.The speaker this year is Raymond Brittain, Powell, who served on the USS Tennessee, one of the battleships in Pearl Harbor sitting Battleship Row when the Japanese planes attacked the United States without a declaration of war formally introducing this nation in the Second World War.
His presentation will be made from a DVD on a video screen. It will not be able to be there in person because he will be the annual celebration of that historic day at Pearl Harbor itself this year.
