Panama City Shooting, Video of a shooting at a school board meeting in Panama City shows the Superintendent begging the gunman to let go of the board before the man fired at him but misses. In the video of the confrontation on Tuesday quoted by the television WMBB on its website, Clay Duke is seen calmly facing the commission. Duke is 10 feet in front of the commission, the gun at his side. Superintendent Bill Husfelt asked him to let the others go. After several return trips, Duke aims the gun Husfelt, who pleads, “Please no, please do not.” Duke fires and accidents. The police said that besides, the District Chief Safety Mike Jones entered the room and exchanged fire with the Duke, wounding him. They say then Duke fatally shot himself.
