Oslo BlastOslo Blast, When a routine, quiet Friday in the Norwegian capital, Oslo, broke suddenly in an explosion that rocked a government building and killed at least seven people, Christians and Lauritz Raustol Aglen nearby. Neither could imagine that what happened – it could happen – in their normally placid country.
The explosion of Oslo was one of the two attacks in Norway on Friday. In the other, about 84 people were killed in a shooting at a youth camp on a nearby island.

Finally one of the suspects has been arrested for allegedly carrying out both attacks. Aglen, who works in the building next to which was the subject said, “The Early Show Saturday morning,” co-anchor Rebecca Jarvis, suddenly “felt an intense shock. The whole building was shaking for a few seconds, and immediately, my first thought is: ‘My God, this is an earthquake. “But then I realized, you know, is not prone to earthquakes in this part of the country, at least. And that gave me shaking and immediately realized (that) this has been a blast.

“I looked outside my window -. Fortunately, the window remained intact, but the windows of nearby buildings were shattered we had to evacuate the building immediately we tried to get through the main entrance, but the main entrance facing the. Government building, and there was broken glass everywhere. And it was impossible to walk there. So we had to go back. And then I went to the front of the building. And I saw an injured person in the ground. Others were treating him. And I was taking pictures and videos and share on Twitter and Facebook as fast as I could. ”

Raustol Jarvis said that “not expecting” an act of t*rror*sm in his country “at all. I was shocked.

“At first I thought it must be a gas explosion. But then I realized the magnitude, and saw the shattered glass, you know, several hundred feet of government buildings. And I realized that something must have happened something big.

“But is -. It is very strange for me because I’ve been living in the Middle East for a year and seeing that this can happen in my own country, which has been so peaceful and stable for many years, is very strange. ”

Raustol says his mother also works near the site of the blast, but he knew she was not there at that time.

However, “When these things happen – I think his sense logic kind of behavior goes away … So I just left work and I was afraid … actually the windows had been shattered in the office of my mother. So that you know, her equipment and information, such as work, would be destroyed because of the rain that was predicted.

“So I was actually inside the building even though it was – the fire alarm kept ringing, and returned to the office to see that everything was fine, and even called the security company they say is not only an explosion, so there is no reason to come. Yes, it was very strange.

“Suddenly, I realized that the fire alarm was going and had to leave, and I was doing something very irrational.

“But … it’s very strange.”
