Operation Dark Heart

September 10, 2010 by USA Post

Operation Dark Heart, United States Department of Defense is trying to buy the whole print run of the play “Operation Dark Heart”, which had already been printed. The book’s author is Lt. Col. Anthony Shaffer who served in Afghanistan in 2003. The book reveals a number of secret service operations, including high-tech espionage oriented high-level al-Qaeda. Many of the incidents took place in rural areas of Pakistan.

Review copies of books already in circulation. The Washington Post and other media received a review copy and the book is about to be released to the public. Shaffer is able to do undercover operations and use of methods of the CIA. It may well be that the leak of the Pentagon to buy back-story is just an attempt to increase sales of the book.

The book appears on Amazon and already has a range of sales. It actually has a sales rank of # 7 in the books. This means that a considerable number of books were sold and delivered. While the Department of Defense is often the target of critics, I doubt that they are so stupid. If you do not want the book circulated, was not invited to the media at the party.

The book launch date is September 30, 2010, based on the information given on the official website of the book,
