One Sentence Salinger Letter For SaleOne Sentence Salinger Letter For Sale, The owners of a ma**script of a sentence letter writer JD Salinger alone expects to sell the paper and 50,000.

Almost illegible writing in cursive in their initial paper, the author of The Catcher in the Rye and Franny and Zooey urges her maid to finish their tasks before going on holiday so will not be “bothered with little things” .

In its announcement on eBay Tuesday, the Nevada-based company selling the items autographed note Salinger calls “extremely rare”.

Salinger, who lived in Cornish, New Hampshire until his death at age 91 in 2010, was kept for his personal life that he sued to block publication of a biography based in part on his private letters. The author did not own a phone and point of contact with fans of his work.

The full letter dated March 12, 1989 says: “Dear Mary – Please ensure that all steps are done before going on holiday, they do not want to be bothered with petty things. Thanks. JD Salinger.”
