Omega Dubai Desert Classic 2011, Emirates NBD, a leading bank in the region, announced that it would again partner with Omega Dubai Desert Classic, as the official bank sponsor bib and younger professional golf tournament 2011. The prestigious event will be held from 7-13 February 2011, at the Emirates Golf Club, Dubai, and will feature some of the greatest champions the world golf rankings.

Two rounds were completed in 2011 Dubai Desert Classic Omega, and Rory McIlroy still leads, but Tiger Woods is on the lookout.

McIlroy maintained his lead in the first round after shooting a 4-under 68 on Friday and is now at 11 under par for the tournament. McIlroy leads the field by one stroke and is ahead by four after Tiger Woods shot a 6-under 66 on Friday.

McIlroy is the favorite to win the race according to online sports Paris SBGGLOBAL.com with 13 / 8 odds while other short odds of winning are Woods (01.04), Sergio Garcia (11 / 2), and Thomas Aiken (01/09).

Aiken and Garcia are currently tied for second in the tournament at 10 under par. The two men shot 5-under 65 in their first and second rounds.

Woods rebounded from his 71 in the opening round by pulling a 66 Friday at the ground tied for fifth in the tournament at 7 under par.
