November 2010 Calendar, The Senior Center of Castle Rock is pleased to announce its schedule of activities for November 2010! Thanksgiving!

Every Monday: Our famous cinnamon rolls and coffee is served to the public from 10 am to noon. The suggested donation is just and 1.50!

Wii Fit exercise game will be played (laughs) every Monday at 1:30 pm. Come play, have fun and in the process, improve balance and keep that heart healthy! Open to all people.

Every Friday Monday, Wednesday &: Get that heart rate and restore health with exercise classes from 9:30 am to 10:30 am!

Every Wednesday: Nutrition of the CAP provides meals for seniors at the Center for lunch. Suggested donation and 2.50, but please call # 274-7502 or # 274-8145 (Monday) for reservations.

Book Toledo classes are held from 1pm – 3pm for projects.

Every Thursday: Fun quilting projects will take place 24:00-15:00 Pinochle and games are played at the Center Evening at 7 pm and is open to all interested parties, so bring your game!

Every Friday: Another PAC Food Nutrition! PAC offers food Nutrition for Seniors at the Center for lunch. Suggested donation and 2.50, but please call # 274-7502 or # 274-8145 (Wednesday) in the reserves.

Every Saturday: Bingo games will be played at the Center 13:00 to 3:00 p.m., except on 23 October.

SPECIAL DATES: Hooray!

Tuesday, November 9: Program for lunch and dinner. Anita Hopkins of the PAC, to explain the new rules under the new Medicare Health Plan at 11 am, followed by lunch at noon.
Very informative! Bring your laptop!

Tuesday, November 18: commodities are distributed from 10am – 1pm. You must have a valid punch card, please.

Note: The Senior Center will close on November 25, 1926 and 27 for the Thanksgiving Feast! Have a wonderful November!
