NJ School Budget Vote 2010 Results:New Jersey School Elections 2010 budget have been held on April 20, 2010. NJ school choice is more attention this year, largely because Gov. Chris Christie has asked to cut $ 820 million in aid to education. This has led to the NJ School EducationBoards to cut spending on school boards and to propose layoffs in most of the budgets of New Jersey School.
According to NJ.com, “I think there will be more attention to this election than in recent years because of the dispute between the governor and the [Education Association of New Jersey],” he said. “I think most New Jersey residents are aware that there are elections this year.” On the expenditure side of the school and property taxes Tuesday, rejecting 479 260 through 19 county school budgets, according to unofficial results in school elections statewide.
