Nike Pro Combat Uniforms

September 1, 2010 by staff

Nike Pro Combat Uniforms, The hull: While orange and has the Gators script, striping is removed. On the other hand is a pattern of crocodile scales. Verdict? Stupid.

The shirt: crocodile scales follow the numbers. In addition, Albert logo on left chest is replaced by the word mark on the basketball team at the center of the chest. The neck patch looks like the patch to the Gator basketball jersey. The sleeves have shoulder numbers and a series of scales with Gator flowers at random. Verdict? Stupid.

Pants: If these were solid blue pants, would be acceptable. Instead, there is an orange stripe that begins as solid becomes a crocodile print, and then vanishes. Verdict? Stupid.

Florida wear these uniforms against Georgia on 30 October.

Obviously, I’m a traditionalist uniform, so the only way I would want this is if it was a setback. Instead, they want the football team to look like the basketball team.
