Nicole John, John climbed onto a ledge and fell to his death in the apartment of 50 W. 34th Street rented by a man police identified as Ilan Nassimi. Nassimi organized a party there before dawn by a group of teenagers who had just spent a night on the town.

Nassimi was charged Wednesday afternoon for allegedly serving alcohol to minors and was arrested at the home of Midtown South precinct in hopes of their appearance.

P0lice said Nassimi apartment appeared to have been cleaned before they arrived on the scene.

John, who grew up in Bangkok, Thailand, where his father was U.S. ambassador, was beginning to explore the city before classes begin in Parsons. It’s party Thursday night at Tenjune, a club in the Meatpacking District, police Commissioner Raymond Kelly told reporters.

She had a fake ID from Brazil on her, police said, that put the age of 23.

After leaving the club at 2:15 am about John and about 20 young people ended again Nassimi’s apartment at 50 West 34th Street.

Construction engineer Robert Peña DNAinfo said that a group of teenage revelers aspect is presented in the luxury residences after 4:00 a.m. Some of the girls in the group were so drunk they could barely stand, he said.

In 25C4 apartment, John took off his shoes and went out to the ledge. A camera was found near his body, police said, adding that it was unclear if he would take a picture there.

Nassimi mother, Soleh Ijadi, was surprised when he learned of the tragic incident DNAinfo.

“Seventeen years old? Oh my God,” gasped Ijadi. “I am a mother. Oh, my God, what I can do? ”

According to his LinkedIn profile, Nassimi launched its own venture capital firm last August, companies Illan, and was a commercial agent for the real estate company Metropolitan Property Group. The company had no comment Friday.

He is also listed as having attended one of Baruch College Zicklin School and SUNY Stony Brook.

He is also the founder of thelimed.com, a seller of jewelry online.

Kelly said Nassimi apartment was cleaned when the investigators arrived.

“There was no alcohol. There is no indication of a party,” said Kelly. “Some efforts were made to clarify the site.”

Police arrested a 25-year-old Nicole was partying with John, the first year of Parsons, 17 years old and daughter of an ambassador, who fell 22 floors of an apartment in Herald Square on Friday morning.
