Nice Terror Attack, NICE, France – The results of a terrorist attack on a fireworks celebration of Bastille Day in the southern French city of Nice on Friday rose to 84 dead and 202 wounded, while the government has identified the attacker as a native of 31 years of Tunisia extended a state of national emergency and absorbed the shock of a third major terrorist attack in 19 months.
“We will not yield to terrorist threats,” said Prime Minister Manuel Valls on Friday morning after a cabinet meeting led by President François Hollande. “Times have changed, and France will have to live with t*rror*sm.”
The Paris prosecutor Francois Molins, identified the attacker Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel, 31, a delivery truck driver who was born on 3 January 1985 and grew up in Msaken, a town in northern Tunisia. Police searched two locations in Nice on Friday, including a house with the name of Mr. Bouhlel outside.
