New York City Triathlon

New York City Triathlon:In the warmest of running the Triathlon Nautica New York City to date, about 3,000 turned out for the event triathetes annual Olympic distance cross the Upper West Side and Central Park.

The Nautica New York City Triathlon is an Olympic distance race consisting of a 1500m swim, 40k bike and a 10k race. Each year more than 3,000 athletes brave the waters of the mighty Hudson River before cycling along the West Side Highway in Manhattan. Finally, the athletes put on their running shoes to run in the park famous New York Central.
Conveniently, The New Yorker Rebeccah Wassner successfully defended his title in the women’s division, finishing in an unofficial time of 2:01:30. And her next in the cascade was twin sister Laurel Wassner, a professional triathlete and cancer survivor. In addition to representing Livestrong and Ulman Fund, the Wassners were recently included in the team of Triathlon New New York Athletic Club, a local honor based on the tradition of the city to support Olympic-caliber athletes.
