NCIS Set Death, An employee who works on the show NCIS died Wednesday in a freak accident, reports TMZ. A man driving a van for the production of NCIS has lost control of the vehicle and crashed across NCIS. The driver, a 60 year old man had a medical problem driving the van, according to reports before crashing across NCIS and hitting a security guard 52-year old male.

The security guard was rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition but succumbed to his injuries shortly afterwards. “Everyone on the network, studio and NCIS is devastated by the news,” read a joint statement from CBS Entertainment, CBS Television Studios. “Our hearts mourn her family and friends for this tragic loss. We are, of course, cooperating with local authorities in Santa Clarita to help determine what caused this terrible accident. ”

Tragedy struck Hollywood yesterday on the set of NCIS. The show starring Mark Harmon, a former Marine is tough, but the show’s heart is heavy today after a security guard of the show died after being hit by a man driving a van.

According to TMZ, the police confirmed that there was a medical emergency at the wheel when the driver of 60 years has lost control, driving on the plate and hit a security guard 52-years. The goalkeeper was immediately transported to a local hospital in critical condition but, unfortunately, succumbed to his injuries shortly afterwards.
